Yes! Our Free plan is designed as a comprehensive trial. We provide every new user with 100 one-time credits to explore all our core features, including AI Design and the Mockup Studio. These credits do not refresh.

Credits are used for AI-powered creation and certain AI conversations on Packify. AI Design/Edit costs 10 credits, and AI Photoshoot costs 5 credits.

AI Editor credit usage depends on the number of images actually generated in the dieline layers. Each generated image costs 10 credits.

Some AI conversations may also use credits, depending on the type of request and the AI resources required.

Paid plans include subscription credits, which reset and refill on your monthly renewal date. Subscription credits do not roll over.

If you purchase Top-up Credits, they are used only after your subscription credits run out. Top-up Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and do not change your plan features or permissions. 

If you run out of subscription credits before your plan renews, you can purchase Top-up Credits. Top-up Credits add extra usage capacity but do not unlock additional plan features or permissions.

You can also upgrade to a higher-tier plan if you need more monthly credits and higher plan benefits.

Upgrading: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately, charges are prorated, and the credit difference is added to your account.

Downgrading: You can schedule a downgrade from the Pricing page. Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the new plan takes effect on your next renewal date. No refund is issued for the current billing period.

Personal license (included with Pro) is for one natural person and single-user use. Company license (included with Business) is for a registered business or team and covers team/multi-client use. Rights to the outputs vest in the license holder per our Terms.

Team access is a product feature available on Business and Enterprise plans and is separate from commercial usage rights.

We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe. However, we are happy to discuss alternative payment methods with you. Contact us for more information.

For all payment-related activities, Stripe payment solution will be the platform of choice. The information you provide will be securely encrypted and processed by this platform, keeping your financial data protected.

An auto email with the invoice is sent to your registered email after each successful subscription. For assistance, contact our customer service email at business@packify.ai.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your "Workbench" > "Account" > "Manage Subscription" page. After cancellation, you will still have access to your plan's benefits and remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. Team access is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Team members can share Brand Kits and use the Owner’s team credits, while projects remain private to the account that created them unless shared manually.

Business users can invite additional members for $9.9/month per seat after they join. Enterprise includes 4 seats by default: the Owner plus 3 additional members.
